In the near future reorganization of publishing and printing business in Ukraine can occur. The requirements to the process engineer can increase significantly. Practice engineer in the field of publishing and printing will be different depending on the nature of the duties performed.

First of all process engineer is aimed to develop new processes. It requires research engineer (master) or academic (PhD). Research work is engineering component without which there is no way to move forward.

Design in publishing and printing is yet another issue and it needs independent artistic and technical solution. The publication should be perfect by design and manufacturing technology.
